Fish & Vegetable Platter with Cheesy Garlic-Cilantro Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • 1-1/2 lb. cod fillets or steaks, cooked
  • 4 cups cut-up mixed fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots, peppers, squash), cooked

Preparation

Step 1

COMBINE VELVEETA, milk and garlic in saucepan.

COOK on low heat until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Stir in cilantro.

SPOON over fish and vegetables.
