Ingredients
- 4 pounds hamburger
- 2 30-oz. cans kidney beans, drained
- 2 28-oz cans cut-up tomatoes
- 3 large onions, chopped
- 1 garlic clove per pound of hamburger
- 3 tsp oregano
- 4 Tbsps chili powder
- 3 tsps cumin
- 2 29-oz cans tomato sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Fry hamburger and onions, drain.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for an hour or 2 or put in large crock pot.
