Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp (or more to taste) Chili garlic sauce
- 1 lb ground pork
- salt to taste
- 2 shredded carrots
- 2 green onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup (51 grans)vermicelli (mung bean)
- 6 dried black fungus mushrooms
- ginger to taste
- baby doll brand of spring roll wraps
Preparation
Step 1
Soak vermicelli in warm water
soak mushrooms in hot water
put garlic in garlic press
take a spoonful of spring roll mix
deep fry until golden brown
