Spring Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp (or more to taste) Chili garlic sauce
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • salt to taste
  • 2 shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup (51 grans)vermicelli (mung bean)
  • 6 dried black fungus mushrooms
  • ginger to taste
  • baby doll brand of spring roll wraps

Preparation

Step 1

Soak vermicelli in warm water
soak mushrooms in hot water
put garlic in garlic press
take a spoonful of spring roll mix
deep fry until golden brown
