Almost-Paleo Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 tablespoon protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Silk Unsweetened almond milk
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- Chopped walnuts, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
Mix all dry ingredients until well blended.
In a separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients and whisk well.
Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Add chocolate chips and pour batter into 8" x 8" greased baking dish.
Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top, if desired, and bake for 30 minutes.
Cool completely before serving.
