Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken legs
- Sauce
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup dry sherry (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Skin and rinse chicken and pat dry.
Broil (or grill) chicken 7 minutes each side.
Place chicken in crock pot.
Whisk all sauce ingredients together and pour over chicken.
Cook on low 5-6 hours or high 2-3 hours.
