Auntie Jane's Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sugar, butter, milk until it comes to a full
boil stirring continuosly until it forms ball in cold water (soft ball stage on candy thermometer).

Remove from heat and let it set for 2 minutes. Stir
in peanut butter and vanilla. Mix until mixture loses shine. Pour onto platter.
