Vegetable Pizza

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 prepared pizza crust, e.g. Boboli
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. shredded 4-cheese blend
  • 1 6 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and halved
  • 2-3 baby portobello mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, cut into 1-inch wedges
  • 12 red bell pepper strips
  • 12 black olives, pitted and halved
  • 1 tsp. fresh chopped herbs to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine olive oil and garlic and brush onto pizza.

Sprinkle cheese evenly over crust. Arrange vegetables and olives on top.

Bake directly on oven rack at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and pizza shell is browned.
