Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 prepared pizza crust, e.g. Boboli
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 8 oz. pkg. shredded 4-cheese blend
- 1 6 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and halved
- 2-3 baby portobello mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small red onion, cut into 1-inch wedges
- 12 red bell pepper strips
- 12 black olives, pitted and halved
- 1 tsp. fresh chopped herbs to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine olive oil and garlic and brush onto pizza.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over crust. Arrange vegetables and olives on top.
Bake directly on oven rack at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and pizza shell is browned.
