Aunt Roseann's Cesar dressing

This easy to make dressing is perfect for a salad, fish and even chicken.

Ingredients

• 1/4 C. Bertolli extra virgin olive oil (the brand is very important)
• 2 Tbs. Mayonnaise
• 1/2 Tbs. Lemon juice
• 2-3 cloves of fresh pressed garlic
• 3/4 Tsp. salt
• 1/4 Tsp. Pepper

Combine the ingredients well, and Ta-Da you have an amazingly simple tasty dressing for a nice large salad. A little will go a long ways.
