Ingredients
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- Fresh ginger, about the same amount as lemon
- Honey

Preparation
Step 1
Slice up lemon and ginger and add to any glass jar. Add 1 cup of honey and let sit overnight in the fridge.
This will last for 2 weeks in the fridge.
To make tea: Boil water.
While water is boiling, mix the lemon, ginger and honey in the jar. Scoop out 1 tablespoon of liquid mixture and place into a mug and then pour the boiling water over top. Add a couple of slices of lemon from the jar into the tea (optional)
