Ingredients
- 1 c. bulgur pilaf
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 T tomato paste
- 2 c chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and butter
Add bulgur and mix well
Add tomato paste, 2 c chicken broth
Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until tender and most of liquid is gone.
