whole chicken cut into 4 pieces ( thighs, breasts, wings, and wingtips) or chicken breasts+thighs with skin on)

tsps minced garlic (premade in jar)
Salt and Pepper 2tsps
tbsps cajun seasoning
1.Preheat oven to 375 on convection 2.Mix ingredients for rub together and set aside in shallow bowl 3. Reserve 1 tbsps of cajun seasoning. 3.Dip each piece of chicken into the rub and coat 4.Lay on lined baking sheet with aluminum foil 5. Rub remaining cajun seasoning onto each piece. 6. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 33 minutes 7. Roast until internal temperature in leg is 165 or until juices run clear.
