Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (2lb) pckg frozen hash browns
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 can of cream of chicken condensed soup
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (12 oz.) pckg cubed ham

Preparation

Step 1

Place potatoes in a greased 13X9 pan.
Season with salt & pepper.
Melt butter in the microwave.
In a bowl add onions, ham, sour cream, soup & melted butter.
Mix together.
Pour soup mixture over potatoes; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350 for 45 mins.
