Homemade Grilled Applesauce With Caraway
- 12 Granny Smith apples cored, peeled
- 1 ounce olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 4 ounces apple cider
- 1 tablespoon toasted and ground caraway
Quarter apples, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Place on grill and cook until tender making sure not to burn. Place apples and remaining ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
This recipe yields 12 servings.
