Ingredients
- 2 cups dry red wine
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmet
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 6 bone-in loin pork chops *about 5 ounces each), trimmed, cut 1 inch thick

1. In a shallow glass or ceramic dish, mix the wine, bay leaves, rosemary, coriander, nutmeg, and cloves. Add the pork, mix, cover, and marinate overnight in the refrigerator, turning occasionally.
2. Coat a gas or charcoal grill grate with grilling spray and heat to medium-high. Remove the pork from the marinade and pat dry; discard the marinade. Season the pork with salt and pepper. Grill for 6 to 7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
