- 1/2 C. JUICE FROM TOMATOES
- 1 TBSP EACH OF A-1 SAUCE & FLOUR
- 10 " SHEET OF ALUM. FOIL
Preparation
Step 1
SPREAD CENTER OF FOIL WITH BUTTER, CUT STEAK INTO SERVING PORTIONS,SPRINKLE WITH ONION SOUP MIX, GREEN PEPPERS AND TOMATOES
SEASON, MIX JUICE WITH A-1 SAUCE AND FLOUR, POUR OVER MEAT AND VEG. BRING FOIL UP OVER AND DOUBLE FOLD EDGES TO SEAL TIGHTLY. BAKE 2 HOURS IN MOD. OVEN 375 DEGREES.
