Ham and Cheese Breakfast Bake

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded cheddar
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1/3 cup green onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the cheeses; place 3 cups in 9 x 13 dish.

In skillet, sauté onions. Place over cheese. Top with ham. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Beat eggs. Add milk, flour, parsley, basil, salt and pepper. Pour over cheese.

Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is set.

Can be made ahead and refrigerated over night. Set out as soon as possible in the morning to return it close to room temperature before baking.
