Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1 - 14 oz. bag shredded sweetened coconut
- 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cups choc. chips, nuts or dried fruit
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk whites and salt in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in the coconut and condensed milk.
Stir in the choc. chips then scoop 2" balls about 1" apart onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
Bake at 300 degrees until golden, about 25 minutes.
