Ingredients
- 1- 16 oz refrigerated fres pizza crust dough
- 2 plum tomoatoes cut into slices
- 6 oz. shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz grated fresh romano cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- roasted red peppers
- Basil
- Oregano
- 1/2 cup tomato basil spaghetti sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Roll dough into a 16 inch circle and place in pizza pan. Cover loosely and let stand for 15 minutes in warm place.
Drain tomato slices on paper towels. Saute onions, red peppers, add basil and oregano.
Preheat oven to 425. Sprinkle dough with 1/2 cup mozzarella, arange tomato slices, sprinkle the onion/pepper mixture. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup mozarella and romano cheese evenly over tomoatoes. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until crust and cheese are browned.
Yield 4 servings of 2 wedges each
