Fruit & Oatmeal Flax Smoothie ****AAA

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup mixed berries (or whatever fruit you'd prefer)
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed meal (or your own ground flax seeds)
  • 1 Tbs Agave juice

Preparation

Step 1

Add the ice and all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Lastly, add the yogurt and milk and pulse a few more times until creamy.
