Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

• 5 # Potatoes, scrubbed, peeled, cubed
• 1 tsp Salts2/3 c Sour Cream
• 1/2 c Milk
• 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
• 1/4 tsp onion salt
• Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Add salt to boiling water, add the potatoes and cook until tender. Drain and mash. Add the remaining 5 ingredients and mix well. for extra fluffy potatoes, beat with electric mixer. Spread in greased 3 qt. casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350' for about 45 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.
