Ingredients
- 2-10 oz. packages frozen peas
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook peas in water until just tender, about 5 minutes. Add lettuce and heat until it just begins to wilt. Drain and toss with sour cream and onions. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Amount: 6 servings
