Ingredients
- 8 slices brioche bread
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Butter for cooking
- Whipped cream, fresh fruit and powdered sugar, for dusting
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together cream,milk,eggs,sugar, and vanilla. Dip bread into batter. Fry in melted butter in skillet or on a griddle set at 350. Flip to cook evenly.
Garnish with fruit, whipped cream and a healthy dusting of powdered sugar.
