Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts (about 1-pound) grilled/cooked and cut into cubes
- 1 bag (8-ounces) baby spinach
- 1 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 1 bag (5-ounces) dried cherries
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Place spinach in a large salad bowl.
Top with chicken, cheese, cherries and walnuts.
Add oil and vinegar; toss to combine.
Serve.
