- 1/4 Stick Margarine, melted
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1/4 tsp. Dry Mustard
- Pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. Parsley
- Paprika
- 2 Cups Milk
- Parmesan Cheese
- Tart Shells
