Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 Lbs Beef Chuck (Or Stew Meat), Cut Into Chunks
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 3/8 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Env Beef Stew Seasoning (McCormick)
  • 1 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 2 Cups Baby Carrot
  • 1 Large (Vidalia) Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Stalk Celery, Thinly Sliced
  • 2 Tsp Gravy Master

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place meat in crock pot.
2. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over meat and stir to coat meat with flour. Mix beef stew seasoning with water and pour over meat.
3. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low about 10 hours. Stir thoroughly before serving.
