Ingredients
- 5 LB. PRECOOKED HAM
- 1 CUP FIRMLY PACKED BROWN SUGAR
- 1/2 C. MAPLE SYRUP
- 1/4 C. DIJON MUSTARD
- 1 TBSP. CORNSTARCH
- 1 (20 OZ.) CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE IN JUICE
Preparation
Step 1
BAE HAM AT 350 DEGREES FOR 2 HOURS. MEANWHILE COMBINE SUGAR, SYRUP, MUSTARD; USE 3/4 CUP GLAZE MIXTURE TO BASTE HAM EVERY 10 MINUTES FOR LAST 1/2 HOUR OF BAKING.
IN SAUCEPAN BLEND REMAINING GLAZE MIXTURE, CORNSTARCH, AND PINEAPPLE WITH JUICE OVER MEDIUM HEAT. COOK AND STIR UNTIL BOILS AND THICKENS. SLICE AND SERVE HAM WITH SAUCE.
