Chocolate Chip/Coconut Cheesecake Bars
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 18 ounce package refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
Heat oven to 350.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and egg. Stir in coconut.
Spread half of cookie dough in bottom of an ungreased 9 or 8 inch square pan. Spread cream cheese mixture over dough. Crumble and sprinkle remaining dough over top.
Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for an least an hour before serving.
