Crockpot Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1 lb chopped cooked ham
  • 1 medium onion
  • salt/pepper
  • 1 1/2-2 cups shredded cheese
  • 32 oz bag frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Layer hash browns, cheese, ham and onion in crockpot. Do this 2 more times.

Beat together 1 dozen eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over the layers.

Cook on low 8-9 hours.

Can use the following:
ham steak instead of chopped ham
28 oz of hash browns
