Ingredients
- Use a 13” x 9” pan - Mix all in pan
- 1 can whole kernel corn - drained
- 1 can cream style corn
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 stick melted butter or margarine
- 1 cup sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
Sprinkle with 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Bake another 20 minutes
My Note - I melt the butter in the pan in the oven while it is preheating
I have also added a can of chopped green chilies which adds a whole new dimension of flavor
