Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/3 cups frozen hash browns -- thawed and excess
  • moisture removed
  • 1 large egg -- beaten
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbl flour
  • 1/3 cup onion or green pepper -- chopped
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Brush cooking surfaces with butter or margarine. Combine all
ingredients, blending well. Heap 1/4 cup of mixture into each
triangular pocket. Lower lid, latch and cook 5 minutes or until done.
