    cups frozen hash browns -- thawed and excess

  • moisture removed

  • 1

    large egg -- beaten

  • 2

    tsp baking powder

  • 2

    tbl flour

  • 1/3

    cup onion or green pepper -- chopped

  • salt and pepper

Directions
