Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/3 cups frozen hash browns -- thawed and excess
- moisture removed
- 1 large egg -- beaten
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbl flour
- 1/3 cup onion or green pepper -- chopped
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Brush cooking surfaces with butter or margarine. Combine all
ingredients, blending well. Heap 1/4 cup of mixture into each
triangular pocket. Lower lid, latch and cook 5 minutes or until done.
