Ingredients
- Spicy Sauce (recipe follows) :
- 1-3 -5lb. Eye of round roast
- 2-cups ketchup
- 2-cups water
- 2-lg. onions, sliced
- 1/3-cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4-cup brown sugar, packed
- 2-TBS. worcestshire sauce
- 1-tsp. dry mustard
- 1-tsp. dried oregano
- 1-tsp .pepper
- 1/2-tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 - tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 - tsp. ground cloves (or a little less)
- 1/4 - tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4-tsp. hot sauce
- 1 - Bay leaf

Preparation
Step 1
Cut roast in half and place in a slo-cooker.
Pour sauce over roast .
Cook on HIGH for 4-5 hours.
Cool slightly and cut into slices.
Return to slo-cooker and cook 1-hour more.
Can be cooked in the oven, at 325 degrees for 31/2- hours, but the slo-cooker works best.
