Bacon Wrapped Smokies (Robyn's recipe)

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Little Smokies (aaprox. 40 weiners)
  • 1 lb. bacon (or 14 strips) cut into 1/3's
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Cut bacon into thirds.
Wrap each smokie, secure with a toothpick.
Top with brown sugar and drizzle with vinegar.

Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

Bake at 350 degrees one hour

Can be transferred to a small slow cooker after baking to keep warm.
