Oreo Truffles

Ingredients

• 1 package of Oreos (or any cream filled cookie)
• 1 package of cream cheese
• 2 bags of milk chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Crush oreos in a food processor.
2. Blend cream cheese and oreo crumbs until you hav ea consistent texture. (you can use a blender, the food processor or a hand mixer)
3. Roll into small balls and place on parchment paper; store in fridge.
4. melt chocolate ina double broiler, then cover the balls in chocolate using a serving ladle and a small spoon.
5. Place back in the fridge to cool and set.
