  • 2 1/2 cups warm water
  • 2 TBS sugar
  • 2 TBS corn oil
  • 1 TBS salt
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 TBS yeast
  • 6 cups flour



Step 1

MIx together everything but flour, let yeast dissolve. Then add flour. Once all incorporated, mix with dough hook every 10 minutes for 5 times (this kneads dough)

Shape into loaves, let raise 1/2 hour. Slit loaves 3 times on top, Beat egg with a little water, brush on top, add sesame seeds. Put Pam on baking sheet and sprinkle with cornmeal.
Bake for 25 minutes @ 400 degrees.
