  • 4 Whole Wheat Bagels, split and cut into 3/4" pieces
  • 1 Large Tart Apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/4 Cup Golden Raisins
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1 Cup Egg Substitute
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tbs. Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla

Step 1

In a 3 qt. slow cooker coated with cooking spray, combine the bagels, apple, cranberries, and raisins. In a large bowl, whisk the milk, egg substitute, sugar, melted butter, cinnamon and vanilla. Pour over bagel mixture and stir to combine; gently press bagels down into milk mixture. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
