Classic Champagne Cocktail

Will work with any variety of bubbly (Cava, Prosecco, or pricier Champagne) and are sure to be the toast of the party.

Ingredients

• 3/4 c sparkling wine
• 1 sugar cube soaked w/2 dashes bitters

Preparation

Step 1

Pour wine in champagne flute.
Add sugar cube.
