Wild Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Crimini Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups Oyster Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Dried Porcini Mushrooms
  • 2 leeks, sliced in rings
  • 2 garlic, minced
  • evoo
  • butter
  • chicken stock

Preparation

Step 1

Soak porcini mushrooms 20 min in hot water. Reserve liquid.

Saute crimini mushrooms first in evoo and 1 TBL butter, add oyster and porcini. Remove mushrooms, saute leeks and garlic in evoo. Return mushrooms to leeks. Add flower, to leeks. Add mushroom water and chicken stock combined.

Serve over wide pasta noodles.
