Ingredients

  • 2 packages (10 oz. each) frozen broccoli spears, thawed and cut up
  • 1 can (10 oz.) condensed cream of onion soup
  • 1 1/4 c grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c minced green onion
  • 1 c crushed saltine crackers or potato chips

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl, combine broccoli, soup, 1 cup of grated cheese and minced onion. Pour into lightly greased Crock-Pot. Sprinkle top with crushed crackers, the remaining cheese. Cover' slip wooden pick between lid and pot to vent. Cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours.
