Fresh Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup canola oil

Preparation

Step 1

Place raspberries in a bowl and crush with a fork. Whisk in remaining ingredients until well blended. Cover and chill. Whisk just before using.
