Ingredients
- Ground Beef 2 pds
- eggs 2
- Monterey Jack cheese - shredded 3/4 C
- Italian bread crumbs 1/2 C
- Red onion - finely chopped 1/4 C
- Spaghetti Sauce 2 jars
- real parmesan cheese as topping
Preparation
Step 1
Mix raw beef, eggs, cheese, bread crumbs & onion
let marinate
form into 1" balls
place on sprayed cookie sheet
bake at 350 for 20 min or until done in the middle
Heat spaghetti sauce
use as a topping
set out real parmesan cheese for individual use
