Ingredients
- 4 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups thinly sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes
- 3 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
Preparation
Step 1
Combine rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Add vegetables and toss well to combine.
