Frosting Glue for Gingerbread Houses

  • 3 egg whites (room temperature)
  • 4 c powder sugar
  • 1/2 t cream of tartar

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg whites until fluffy and peaking. Add powder sugar slowly and cream of tartar. Continue to beat until mixture turns from shiny to dull and it forms stiff peaks that don't bend.
