Sweet and Savory Country Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 T brown sugar
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 3 T balsamic vinegar
  • 14 t salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine. Reserve 1/4 c marinade; refrigerate. Marinate your meat in refrigerator 3 to 24 hours. Remove meat; discard marinade. Grill or broil meat, brushing with reserved marinade until done.
