Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked whit rice
- 1 small green pepper chopped
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 1/2 cup chicken or beef stock
- 1 cup French-fried onion rings
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except French-fried onions to saucepan.
Cook the rice.
Stir in fried onions just before serving.
