Barbecued Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked whit rice
  • 1 small green pepper chopped
  • 2 celery ribs, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 1/2 cup chicken or beef stock
  • 1 cup French-fried onion rings

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except French-fried onions to saucepan.

Cook the rice.

Stir in fried onions just before serving.
