- 1 pound baby cuttlefish cleaned
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 dry white wine
- 1 large onion minced
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon minced parsley

Step 1
Mix cuttlefish, garlic, olive oil, white wine and onion in a bowl. Marinate for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Grill cuttlefish and serve with parsley.
