Ingredients

    pound baby cuttlefish cleaned

    garlic cloves minced

  • 1/3

    cup olive oil

  • 1/3

    dry white wine

  • 1

    large onion minced

  • Salt to taste

  • Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Mix cuttlefish, garlic, olive oil, white wine and onion in a bowl. Marinate for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Grill cuttlefish and serve with parsley. This recipe yields 4 servings.
