Fajita Marinade

Ingredients

  • 12 oz beer
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 to 3 lbs beef steak

Preparation

Step 1

Combine marinade ingredients in blender and purée. Place the steak in ziplock bag and pour marinade over it.

Refrigerate overnight.

BBQ, once done let it sit for 10 minutes. Slice thin diagonally against the grain.
