Saltine Candy

Ingredients

  • Boil together for 3 minutes:
  • 1 sleeve of Saltine crackers
  • Layer on a cookie sheet, end to end
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter (not margarine)

Preparation

Step 1

Pour evenly over crackers. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 or 6 minutes

Pour a 12oz bag of chocolate chips on top. After 5 minutes, spread the chocolate with a spatula.

Sprinkle with crushed nuts. Let cool in refrigerator and break into pieces
