FUDGE SAUCE

Ingredients

• 4 10-OZ squares unsweatened chocolate
• 3 TBL butter
• 1 5-1/3 oz can evaporated milk
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 2 C confection (powdered) sugar

melt chocolate & butter together
add (w/whisp) evaporated milk
add salt & vanilla
add powdered sugar
