Ingredients
- 1 T. vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 # uncooked boneless, skinless chicken strips
- 1/2 medium sweet red pepper, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 hoagie buns
- 4 slices cheese
Preparation
Step 1
In medium skillet, heat oil. Saute’ onion until browned and soft. Add chicken and pepper; saute’ until chicken cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Toast buns, fill with chicken mixture, and place cheese on top.
